Returns & Exchanges
- Make sure you send a return request at info@solandisboutique.com and explain the reason for the return/exhange.
- IF the return/exchange is approved you will have a maximum of (1) request to do so in regular orders. (NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS GIVEN IF YOU USE ANY FORM OF DISCOUNT OR IF ITEM IS ON SALE).
- Once we approve, you will have up to 3 days from when the order is received to issue the return. (The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item)
- The item(s) must have the label/tags attatched, without the smell of perfume or deodorant stains and must be unwashed and unused.
- Solandis Boutique gives no money return. If return is approved, the customer will be given store credit.
- If what you want is a size change, please SPECIFY when contacting us, and if size is available we will make the change once the item is returned in the conditions stated above.
- ITEMS THAT ARE WHITE OR LIGHT-COLORED ARE FINAL SALE
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased via the website are emailed to the email used when placing the order. No physical card is sent out. Gift cards are FINAL SALE. Store credits cannot be used as a payment towards the purchase of a Gift Card.
You have a period of 30 days to use your Gift Card.
Items on Sale or with Discount
All items on sale or with a discount on the store are FINAL sale.
Pre-Order Items
Items that are bought while on pre-order are FINAL sale.
Credit in Store
If any credit, it goes towards the total of the product. It does NOT count or goes towards the shipping cost. SHIPPING COST is not included or accounted with the store credit.
If credit is given, you have a period of 30 days to utilize it.
Holiday Seasons
There will be no return on any of the items from the Holiday Season. Only exchange if conditions and the exchange is accepted.
